What I Saw Today Driving Around, Doing My Errands

Post by sharon kinsella »

I usually drive to alley behind Harry Buffalo by going a little way up Rio. The first house on the right has a porch fence made entirely from firewood.

It's in black metal open containers and stacked neatly. It looks wonderful and what a great idea.

Going down Madison I see two small guys pushing one of those huge big screen TV's down the sidewalk.

The side streets always amaze me with people's beautiful yards and if I drive up Riverside Dr. I see all the trees in the Valley.

The Library was hoppin withl kids, friendly people and stimulating surroundings. I love our new library.

On to Marc's. Many lunchtime workers and families walking up and down Detroit. Cute teens hanging outside Phoenix.

Walking to Marc's after parking my car, people smiling and saying hello.

How could anyone not love Lakewood?

I walked down to the Farmer's Market, then along Detroit and back up Warren. I noticed, too, how many people were out and about. Best crowd yet at the Market.
