I hope everyone is enjoying their Sunday afternoon.

That was a beautiful Sunday on the end of a beautiful week. A great week for yard work, and getting things going again like old cars!
Yesterday however was nice enough for my wife Deb to walk our Tortoise up to Pet's General Store on Madison Ave. to meet some relatives.
"Hoover" on the left is a 2 year old Desert Spur Toed Tortoise, on the right is a 3 month old Desert Spur Toed Tortoise. On this fine spring day Deb walked Hoover up to Pet's General Store(about 5 blocks) to meet the baby. This should serve as a lesson to some. While she knew what she was getting when I bought it for her, many would not realize the cute baby on the right would some day measure 36" wide, and weigh over 180lbs!
I do hope fun was had by all yesterday.
