Special Olympics at Winterhurst Sunday

Winterhurst Special Olympics was going to have big competition a few weeks back when we had that horrible snow storm....so it was cancelled.

They will be having a make-up for that competition on a much smaller scale this coming Sunday, April 6th. The opening ceremonies with be at 1:00 and the program should last until about 3:30.

There is no fee for this program. Come and support the athletes......they love an audience and believe me.....some of this kids can really skate. It should be a fun afternoon for all. Please join us if you can. (There will not be an Ice Show this year)

This would be a good experience to bring any of our children to watch and see children overcoming disabilities to accomplish things, and have fun!
