Howdy!
I have heard a bit about the Lake Erie Screw facilities changing into an artist enclave. I have heard they have some cool lofts but haven't heard much beyond that. Any Observers involved with that? Pics to share? I hear it is a nice, safe and locked location but that also means it is tougher to just stop by and see the place in action. Anyone doing tours?
Just curious!
Thanks,
Phil

Call Ralph Lukich at 244-2144. He'd be happy to give you a tour. Since
the artists' open house held this summer I believe at least 8 more artists
have rented space there....
Hope that helps.

My friend Gina just moved in a few months ago. Still considering moving to a space there myself. There are several artists currently moving in and I know we've been talking it up. Good prices. Good space. Good location.
I hope they do a holiday show/sale there. If not, Gina and I are planning one in her space.
