Thank you, Lakewood.

Post by Ed FitzGerald »

I just wanted to express my thanks to all those who supported me at the polls yesterday. There were a lot of long days since I began this campaign in January, and yesterday confirmed that we were listening to Lakewood.

I also want to recognize my opponents for working just as hard. Everyone who runs puts themselves on the line, and they should be commended for it.

I may have gone from underdog to frontrunner at this point, but I will continue to run the same kind of campaign. I again invite the Mayor to participate in a series of debates on the key issues facing Lakewood- crime, fiscal policy, housing, and economic development.

I will continue to knock on doors and seek your advice and suggestions. I will continue my series of house parties (31 and counting) that we began this summer.

The people of Lakewood were exceedingly generous to my family and I throughout this year. For all of the kindness you have shown us, thank you once again.

Well thank you for your goals that you have set for the city.

And yes it would be nice for the Mayor to actually attend one of these debates.

Have a great day..

Congratulations to you..
