PUCO Approves Dominions Request

Today I received the following:

Dear Ms. Kinsella:

Thank you for contacting the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) regarding the Dominion East Ohio Gas Company. Thank you for taking the time to express your concerns regarding the Uncollectible Expense Rider. However, on August 1, 2007 the Commission staff did approve an increase in the rider after reviewing all applicable documents and reports.
