From the courthouse!
Ken Gilbert who was the former Treasurer of the Lakewood Music Boosters was sentenced today to 1 year in jail, and led away in handcuffs to start serving his sentence.
Ken who plead guilty to stealing over $75,000 from the Music Boosters was sentenced after the Judge considered the hundreds of letters sent in by students, parents and community members.
The judge was impressed by the sheer numbers of letters.
