Seeking Items for CCLAS Silent Auction

Post by Mike Deneen »

This year I am once again collecting silent auction items for the CCLAS Silent Auction, which will be held at Swingos on May 24th.

All proceeds go to benefit CCLAS, which provides funds and volunteers for the Lakewood Animal Shelter. All donations are tax-deductible, and all donors will be recognized at the event.

Last year my fellow Observers were totally awesome about donating to the cause.....I am hoping that you will come through for us once again.

This silent auction is the largest fundraiser of the year for CCLAS, so please be generous.

If you would like to donate, please contact me via PM or at mdeneen@cox.net

For more information on CCLAS, visit the website at www.cclas.org

Is the auction open to the public? What time is it? I didn't see it on the website but maybe I missed it.

I know where Swingos is. For those who don't know, it is at 12900 Lake Avenue hidden in the back of the Carlyle building.

Thanks.

Doug

There will be a writeup in the next Observer, and I'll post ticket information in the LO "event section" as the date approaches.

Tickets are $40 if you purchase one ticket or $35 each if you buy two or more tickets. To RSVP, call Catherine Butler at (216) 225-4346. A limited number of tickets will also be available at the door. Tickets include drinks and appetizers from one of greater Cleveland’s most popular and award-winning restaurants.

There is also a performance by popular local musician Kristine Jackson...you can check out samples at www.kjblues.com

I want to thank Doug and Rhonda for their generous donations:

Doug has donated movie ticket and Swingos gift certificates
Rhonda has donated a pet photography sitting

There is still time to make your tax-deductible donation to this worthy cause.

You can contact me by PM or email me at mdeneen@cox.net

Time is running out to help Lakewood's homeless animals.
To donate, send me a private message or email me mdeneen@cox.net

In addition to Doug and Rhonda, big thanks go out to Papa Bear.
In addition to an assortment of LO goodies, he is donating a t-shirt printing for 25 and a customized pet portrait.
