All-
The Lakewood Observer and the Observation Deck were moved to a new server recently (like last week). Aside from a short outage at that point, we thought the move had gone smoothly.
It had not.
Today we experienced some major problems and tried to work our way back. Thanks to Dan Ott, it appears that almost everything has been restored and is working.
It has been pointed out by several readers that one thread in particular is missing - about grafitti.
We're going to have to look through our backup and our database to see where it is, or what we have backed up and see what we can do to restore it.
So thanks to everyone who has called, emailed & PM'd me about the missing thread.
We're working towards bringing everything back.

I know we have at least some of that "Grafiti" thread in the back-up because I just successfully searched for a phrase I remembered regarding elephant snot...
What happened is that when the data was transferred, not all of the identifying numbers went with it.
Every piece of data, each post, title, author, date, time, etc. has a sequential number attached to it. And our numbers went on a walkabout...

Issues
So,
Like DL said, we've had a few issues crop up. I was able to replace both of the above mentioned topics.
If anyone finds another topic that is missing, please report it here, and i'll get on it.
Thanks for your patience!
