I am surprised someone in Lakewood has not already come up with great ideas like this. If they have, forgive me for not paying attention. My guess, though, is that less than 90% of Lakewood residents work outside of Lakewood (of those who work)--I could be wrong, though.

I thought that was the idea behind the mayor's proposed increase earlier? Increase the income tax and the tax credit so the effect was only people working in Lakewood actually paid more tax.
