Did anyone go to the meeting where Andrew Watterson (Cleveland's sustainability manager) was speaking? It was supposed to be at 6:00 on Tuesday September 12 at the City Hall Auditorium. I showed up about ten minutes late, but the doors were locked. Was it canceled?
