eyesore on Detroit Avenue - the "historic" Hall Ho

Is there an update on this property? It looks worse day by day. Is it going to sit there forever deteriorating? Maybe it could be used as a halfway house for the felons they want to house at Hidden Village.

I thought there were lots of people who wanted this property saved very badly. Even just some sandpaper and a couple gallons of paint could do a lot of good to that property. I believe the old Sherwin Williams is still open on Madison.

If the property is going to be torn down, what is the hold up? I am willing to show up as a volunteer to help tear down the property, if the city is going into default and can't afford it.

The current owner is shown as Pachon Realty Ltd. Is 1386 Cranford the correct address? (I got it from a Lakewood "historical" Victorian website.) I can find nothing of Pachon on Google or whitepages.com (yes, I excluded the Ltd.). Perhaps Pachon was only created for this property, as I know separate corporations are sometimes set up for every individual property an entity may own.
