Cactus Joe's closed?

I walked by there today, and the sign in the windows says closed until further notice...

What's up with that?

I think it has been closed for quite a while, though they obviously forgot to turn off the light when the left because I think the sign is still lit at night. I hear that the original owner sold it to someone new but that person got in over their head and couldn't make ends meet and bam...closed, probably for good. Sad when a business leaves the city but sadder still that it stays there closed and holding up a storefront. They are getting a new used game store there to compete with The Exchange down the street. Wishing them luck!
