H20 in danger?

In the lead up to the meeting about Lakewood cutting the Adopt-a-Spot program tonight I have also read that some funding for the Division of Youth is possibly in danger. In particular I have heard H20 is in danger but that could just be speculation.

Any ideas of whether or not this is true? Any ideas what is being kept around that might be cut in its place? Just curious.
