The Committee of the Whole will meet Monday, February 6, 2006 at 6:15 PM in the Jury Room of Lakewood City Hall to discuss the following items:

1. Communication from Law Director Corrigan regarding Western Cuyahoga Lodge No. 25, Fraternal Order of Police, Lakewood Division Agreement.

ORDINANCE NO. 3-06 – AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing the Mayor of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, to enter into an Agreement with the Western Cuyahoga Lodge No. 25, Fraternal Order of Police, Lakewood Division for a three year period commencing January 1, 2004. (EXECUTIVE SESSION COULD BE CALLED ON THIS ITEM)

2. Communication from Human Resources Director Novak regarding Workers Compensation – Self Insured Plan. (Pg. 30)

RESOLUTION NO. 8077-06 – AN EMERGENCY RESOLTUION authorizing the Director of Finance to enter into an agreement to apply to the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation to participate in the Self Insurance Program for the City of Lakewood.
