Jim -

This would be a great opportunity for Lakewood Observers to gather at the park and say hello. At the same time you get to support a great organization with deep roots in Lakewood.

The Lakewood Kiwanis was one of the first chartered in the state and has worked to provide programs and opportunities for Lakewood children. The club provided the funds for the pavillion in the park, the track at LHS and last year provided six $10,000 scholarships for Lakewood students. This club sponsors programs for kids in middle school and high school and some of those kids will be working on Sunday.

The food will be great, kids are welcome, it's a great venue....
