It's a Charity Stupid! Summers & CCF Torpedo Hospital

Post by Brian Essi »

Has Summers taken any steps to stem the losses caused by his premature announced closing of the hospital? No

Has he demanded that CCF reinstate the cardio intervention program that CCF terminated in February 2015 to torpedo the hospital? No

Has he distanced himself from CCF in any way? No. Not even in the lawsuit.

Summers and CCF are acting in concert for thier separate goals.
They are acting intentionally in violation of the mission and charter of LHA---a public charity.

The facts are clear--each of these bad actors are trying to diminish the value of LHA assets and divert the assets to their other causes for less than fair value.

LHA is a charity Stupid!

Criminal charges have been filed for lesser bad conduct.

Brian

Is isn't the duty of the LHA Board to keep the hospital and charity going? Is that not the sole
reason they were put into exsitence?

Is it not the fiduciary responsibility of the LHA to retain the value of both the property and
the Lakewood Hospital, so that it can be handed down generation to generation?

When did the role of the LHA Board change, to closing the hospital down, and why would
we, the residents and owners of the property be told, they had changed their mission that
we all agreed was to keep this going?

Is it not the fiduciary responsibility of the Mayor and Council members on the LHA to keep
the residents informed every inch of the way, as our representatives on the LHA Board?

Is it not a total failure of those three that allowed the LHA to change its mission to running
the hospital into the ground so that there was no other choice but to close it down and
seize its assets for the general fund?
