When the Mayor unveils his newest revised version of the changes made to the previous revised version of the NEW, NEW FAMILY HEALTH CENTER! please remember past promises.
If this deal is done and the Hospital is gone and the money is transferred to the Second Foundation what leverage do we have to make sure the Clinic will keep ANY of their promises?
Council should take no action until AFTER the next election. Let the new Mayor make the decision.

After a City Council forum on April 27, 2015, I spoke with Messrs. Tom Gable and Ken Haber about that very issue. They both agreed, once the City signs this "deal", the City will have no control over CCF or its healthcare future.
