WOW! They told me this event was going to be huge. It was. The crowds were nearly 6 - 7 deep the whole way down Lake Avenue.

Great photos everyone!

It was a blast to be at our tremendous Lakewood parade today.

The weather, the people, the city....all outstanding!

While Alex and everyone else takes photos of the parade participants, and they are good photos.
WE have found that everyone takes those pictures, including the participants, so by the end of the
day you have seen the parade 50 times! While it is great, the Lakewood Observer is the media
project of the people, and for over a decade we celebrate both the people and residents of Lakewood
and our Independence from the rest of the world.
