Attempted Abduction on McKinley?

I just heard that there was an attempted abduction a week ago this past Monday, which I believe was May 11th. I was told it happened around 1:00 P.M. near McKinley & Riverside. Does anyone have any information? For example, was the victim an adult or child? Thanks in advance.
