Mike Summers And A Cute, Little, White Dog ...

A politician holding a cute, little, white dog simply couldn't betray the public trust!

As an aside, does anyone know whether that is really Mike's dog?

Anyway ... fun fact ... on December 30, 2014:

Summers was not available for comment but his released statement is below.

Lakewood Hospital is managed by the Lakewood Hospital Trustees. The City of Lakewood leases the physical facility to the Trustees.

The Trustees are working hard to make a major investment in healthcare for the future of Lakewood. Currently, they are looking at a wide variety of options. Nothing has been decided at this point.

There are tremendous changes occurring in healthcare today and in the future, including the expiration of the lease between the Lakewood Hospital Trustees and the Cleveland Clinic in December 2026. The Trustees want to have the best information and be prepared for these changes. The trustees want to be proactive, not reactive. They are working hard to do so.

And ... two weeks later ... Mike Summers shares a very specific plan with architectural renderings, cardboard people, and perfectly puffy trees ...

See, e.g., the "Lakewood Hospital to close, new facility built" thread at http://www.lakewoodobserver.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&p=92972#p92972.

In any event, you have to admit that is one cute, little, white dog.

By the way, does anyone know whether that is really Mike's dog?

A visit to the Team Summers campaign website might be in order to see whether that cute, little, white dog is still there.

When asked to explain the dog's disappearance, Summers responded, "The nature of pet ownership is changing....."

Mike,

In the post-Fitz! era, I suppose we need to ask Michael P. Summers:

Do you have a valid dog license for that cute, little, white dog? If not, why not?

Is that your cute, little, white dog? If not, why were you photographed with a cute, little, white dog that is not your cute, little, white dog?
