Is The Next Hot Eating Establisment Headed To Lakewood?

This morning I had the pleasure of having coffee and breakfast with an infamous name in
new food culture, and the organic vegan lifestyle. Handling everything from opening many
restaurants, and to being a leader in urban food farming. She said to me, "Damn Jim, this is
getting old, I'm ready for some MEAT! Find me a spot" So I called one of the "real estate"
moguls in Lakewood and New York, and we moved coffee down to one of his places, and
as I left they were laughing, talking and planning.

Later I got a note "it looks good"

The person is unique and cutting edge, the idea is unique to Lakewood and involves neither
ground beef, or vegetarian. They are meeting again this afternoon, and we shall see.
