US Senator Sherrod Brown stopped by CVS in Lakewood to commend them for not selling tobacco.

Nancy Gagliano, M.D., Chief Medical Officer, CVS MinuteClinic, spoke for a minute about CVS
and their dedication to health, and the decision.

US senator Sherrod Brown, thanked CVS for their dedication to stopping smoking, and also
thanked the Cleveland Clinic for working with CVS and others to stop smoking.

I asked the Senator if "there would be any government incentives for retailers as there
were for the farmers to stop growing. He doubted it and would hate to see yet another
black market show up for cigarettes and tobacco products.

Dr. Michael Roizen, Chief Wellness Officer, Cleveland Clinic commented on the CVS decision,
and that CVS and the Clinic are working together on the Wellness Center.
