The decision from the the 6th Court of Appeals has been handed down, some things dropped,
some restarted, some decisions changed, but the lawsuit continues.

We will have a deeper understanding of all of this after legal takes a look at it.

Lakewood's Law Director Kevin Butler was not working today so was unavailable for comments.
