Fire Chief John "Jack" Kilbane Laid To Rest

Post by Jim O'Bryan »

A legendary fire chief passed away last week, Fire Chief John "Jack" Kilbane died at the
age of 82. As has become the custom his funeral procession and body made one last trip
to Lakewood Fire Station Number One.

This flag idea comes from Chief Gilman, and I have to say every time they do it,
traffic stop, people take photos, and everyone loves it.

At full attention for a Fire Chief they all truly loved. Chief Kilbane was one of the good ones.
