Council meetings on Cox Cable Channel 74
Is it just me, or does anyone else have difficulty hearing what is being said while viewing City Council meetings on Cox Cable Channel 74? Is the audio as bad as I think it is? (I know my hearing is not as good as it could be, but ...)
