The Finance Committee will host the Fiscal Year 2013 Budget Hearings as outlined below. The Chair may call additional hearings as the proceedings progress provided that at least three days advance notice is given in accordance with Section 107.11(d) of the Lakewood Codified Ordinances. You may secure up-to-date information from the City’s website at www.onelakewood.com or by calling the Council Office at 216-529-6055. All Hearings will be held at Lakewood City Hall, 12650 Detroit Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio and are open to the public. You are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Saturday, December 1, 2012; 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 PM in the Auditorium: City Finances Overview, review of Administration's proposed budget including revenue, expenditure assumptions, Capital Plan, summary of proposed 2012 Year-End and 2013 Budget Ordinances (Ordinance Nos. 66, 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 80, 81 – 12)(1st Read at the Regular meeting of Council 11/19/12) & Resolution No. 8620-12 re: Cuyahoga County, Ohio General Health District contract not to exceed $200,183.
Monday, December 3, 2012 6:30 PM. start in the Jury Room of Lakewood City Hall, postpone for Regular Meeting of Council. 8:00 PM reconvene in the Auditorium- continue discussion from previous Budget Hearings including review of specific Departments/Divisions.

Monday, December 17, 2012; 6:30 PM in the Jury Room, Continue discussion from previous budget hearings, finalization of proposed legislation, vote on Finance Committee recommendations to full Council.
