I finally had a chance to stop into the new clothing store on Detroit, across from Jammy Buggars. My daughter and I grabbed a just-girls hour and went shopping. We are still trying to recover from the loss of Dots, and this place did the trick.
The owner's name is Amanda; she was very nice, helpful and didn't mind us doing a lot of shopping-- there was a lot to see. She told us that everything in the store was 40 percent off for their Mother's Day sale, and all of their stuff is already very reasonably priced so we had a great time.
Note here-- this is NOT "Justice for Girls" whose stuff is not necessarily reasonably-priced. This is "Just for Girlz"-- at Summit and Detroit, on the north side.
They have new and vintage clothes, great bags and purses, suits, belts, jewelry, along with a full stock of blouses, shirts, dresses, skirts, etc.

Daughter's Day present. We decided it was daughter's day that day. Celebrated with peanut butter chocolate pie across the street at Jammy Buggar's after.

My daughter helped me pick out a Mother's Day ring to sneak to her dad to give to me on Sunday. It's pretty big. Impossible to do dishes while wearing it...
