new development over at the Sloane Subway called "Clifton Pointe."

Adobe and Andrew Brickman have a record of great developments that push the future, and the low carbon footprint, and yet makes them fit perfectly into their neighborhoods. This
is responsible good development!

Packed house at Clifton Club, parking for the event saw many parking blocks from the event.

One of Lakewood's favorite realtors Tom O'Dougherty .

Nate Kelly listens as Mayor Michael P. Summers talks.

Mike goes through the history of Lakewood being a bedroom community, and how
we are the tenth largest city in the state for people getting up, leaving their homes and
going to work, then coming home again. And that our homes 50% which are 100 years old
or older need to be kept and maintained, while new projects like this add to our housing base.
He also unveiled Lakewood's new motto, "One Community, One Home."

Nate Kelley then gets up and talks about what they are up to on the county level. He also
introduces the new motto for the county... "One Community, One Home" hmmmm sounds
familiar. Nate spoke of how no one says they are from Cuyahoga County and that just has
to change.

As Nate continues down his list of why live in Lakewood, developer Andrew Brickman listens
from the far right side, and smiles at what he hears and sees...

... which was a nice group showing up to see about buying!
Adobe does have a fabulous record of selling out before the projects are even finished, so
if you are thinking of buying, you better give them a call. I know one is already sold, and
rumor of two other sales pending!
Andrew and Adobe, thank you for choosing Lakewood for your next project and good luck,
and thank you to my date for the event Gina Cole from Cleveland Home Title, as always
it was a good time!
