Terease Neff for Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Judge

Post by Daniel Waitkus »

Observers, please vote for Lakewood resident and dear friend, Terease Neff for Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Judge on March 6th. Also, pass along Tess' name to fellow Cuyahoga County voters. Tess will be a very conscientious judge and represent our County well!! This note is from Tess, and I am passing it on to our Observer friends:

"Dear Friends,
I know you are all aware that I am a judicial candidate in the democratic primary race set for March 6, 2012. My race has a total of four candidates so every vote is very important. My legal experience expands over twenty years as I began my career as a police officer in Houston, Texas. I have been an attorney since 1992, practicing as a civil and criminal lawyer, serving as a judicial staff attorney in Common Pleas Court and for the past sixteen years I have been an appointed magistrate. Most people do not know the responsibilities and duties required of a magistrate.

It has been a privilege to be an appointed magistrate in two separate courts, where I gained valuable civil and criminal experience. I have presided over trials in both civil and felony cases appearing in court daily. I'm held to the same disciplinary and ethical rules as a judge and I make decisions on cases that directly impact individuals' lives.

My legal background coupled with my professional demeanor, extensive court experience, competence and integrity will serve me well as an elected judge. I am hopeful you will consider giving me your vote in the March primary.

I have attached my literature for viewing. I would appreciate you forwarding this email to all your contacts as a way to share my information.

Thank you, Terease (Tess) Neff"

Please see the attached literature, thank you and Good Luck Tess!
