Warning Siren
It is 3:20 on Sunday. Any reason why the city is blowing the warning siren?

Re: Warning Siren
So I checked news sources online and see no tornado, severe thunderstorm, missing child, terrorist attack, gas leak, or other reason for the warning siren. It's not noon on a Saturday so its not the test siren.
Forgive me, but I find it annoying. Along with the fact that it often is sounded AFTER a bad storm has passed, I'm afraid the siren resembles the boy who cried wolf.

i agree, grace. when i heard the siren on the mostly sunny afternoon yesterday i thought for sure there had to be a prankster afoot.
as a fan of a good thunderstorm i often look foreward to hear the eerie wailing of the siren but more often than not it sounds for no reason. and alot of times when it should be perhaps sounded it remains tauntingly silent.
give me the keys to that thing!
