I got a call from Ivor that he had heard fire trucks in the neighborhood, so I grabbed a
camera and a car, and off I went.
Looking down from Lakewood Heights, I could see the first fire truck.
When I got there spray in the air from the firefighter putting out the flames.

As the flames are put out you can see the water running down from the second floor.
With the fire out in minutes, the firemen stop to plan going through the house again.

As I leave I reflex on a day when Lakewood Police caught a couple burglars, and the
Fire Department saved some lives and a house.
