Saw the last of Lutheran Schools go down.

People checking out the beauty of Lakewood's sunsets over The Emerald Canyon.

Saturday some wild life came to the porch.

Quick shave and touch up with Josie at the Reagel Beagle which now offers a full barbershop now.

Ahhhhhh the feel of steel to the face and throat in the morning!
The driving down Detroit I ran into a woman carrying a bunch of items from the cleaners
and the store!

I asked her how far she could do this and she said, all the way home!

And she did!

Sunday afternoon for a little bit you could smell the ocean, as we got the outer bands
of Hurricane Irene. The boys at India Garden took no chances and closed up the patio
for the day!
Then ended the week at Pier W for dinner with a view!

Coming home I noticed how much of a fixture Lakewood Pilgrim Lutheran Church was to
Detroit Ave. You can see the steeple in the middle of the road driving in from the east
for a long time. By Tuesday it will be gone.

Another great weekend to cap off another wonderful week in Lakewood, Ohio
.
