The lights flickered about a half hour ago. Just enough time to disable a traffic light. The perfect (imperfect) storm.
Lakewood Fire and Lakewood Police on the scene immediately.

According to Lakewood Fire Captain Dave Darguay an individual was transported to the hospital as a precaution.

Let's creepy crawl during this intense weather.
