HARDING POWER OF PEN TEAM STATE CHAMPS!
The combined seventh- and eighth-grade Harding teams won the first place Sweepstakes Trophy at the Power of the Pen State Finals at the College of Wooster May 26-27 for their combined performance in the regional and state tournaments of the creative writing competition. Harding - which beat out 280 middle schools -proved to be the best of the best as only the top 10% of the original 7,000 writers who entered the tournament move on to the state tournament.
