Wow, that's enough to make a person get upset at the guvmint and maybe even go all republican and stuff.
No its not the school's fault and when I was home with kids the later the better for starting time lol. I think it is outrageous they want to cite a mom for helping (I have helped out others taking their kids to school) when there are homes neglecting kids and leaving them home alone!!! Crazy world we live in.
It would be nice to have other daycare solutions though. I am not sure what the answer is.
