Hey Stephen,

It was good to see you again Saturday. We're keeping the Saturday 9:30am workouts free to allow people to check us out.

We're really happy about locating in Lakewood. We have a new Police Academy Cadet training course starting in January and feedback on our location has been excellent.

We want to host a fitness challenge between the local police and fire departments. Let me know if you have any contacts in Lakewood.

CrossFit Work out of the Day

20 seconds work/10 seconds rest of the following:

1. Pushups
2. Kettlebell/dumbell swings
3. Sit-ups
4. Squats

8 rounds of each exercise. Finish one exercise before moving to the next exercise. 16 minutes total.
I at least burned off 8 of the 100 cookies that I ate on Christmas... :D

This was actually a very fun work out.
Jump rope 2 minutes
50 box jumps
25 kb swings
50 wallballs
25 pushups
50 walking lunges
25 situps
