Well we know the juvenile justice system only keeps rapists and killers except they just released a rapist who tried to kill his beautiful victim. So who do they keep? And I wonder what the solution is for kids who don't care who have parents who don't care. I hope some good comes from that shooting and the system gets revamped. But we will see.

Beajay--- Among the many talents that Jeff Endress displays for all of our benefit, his daytime job is that of an attorney. I'm sure he would gladly accept a call from you to discuss any matter you might have.

He also knows the school system very well. He has a daughter that currently attends LHS and one that graduated last year. Since he is a parent, I'm sure he would understand where you are coming from.

We went to court last week. At least he was charged with one of the three things against him. He was charged with malice – 50 hours of community service and 2 years of probation. The sexual harassment was tossed out – because the prosecutor did not call in any of the witnesses to the two pantsings. Nor did she call in any of the witnesses to the stocking and harassment charges. Luckily the defendant’s attorney called in the Principal – who did witnesses the assault by jello incident. On a sadder note the judge felt because of the lack of evidence and witnesses, he could not grant a restraining order against this boy. I have not been to many court hearings, in my opinion the prosecutor dropped the ball big time.

I just wanted to thank everyone for their help and advice.

We are still praying for you and your daughter. At least he got something. Sorry it wasn't more. Maybe this will send a message to him and his parents, I hope!!!
