And--- remember, Cleveland built a whole new road for service and access across the street a year ago. That would demonstrate the viability of the area.

Nope, not a hotel for dogs, but that would be cool. I would like to see an indoor dog park, but that is a different thing. My dream...An Indoor Waterpark. Castaway Bay, Great Wolf Lodge type of thing. That would be awesome. And people would come from all over. Look at Sandusky, people come in droves to those places.

I would be just fine if an IKEA wanted to bulldoze that and move in there.
