parking

parking: use eniment domain to take perticular properties, directly behind commercial businesses, from private ownership, tear them down and use the space for parking. Parking fees should be lower on weekdays while residents are doing business with local businesses and higher on weekends when resturants, bars and clubs draw their crouds.
