Start with apologies for your War on the Poor.

Then apologize for SummersGate.

From there admit that you have been a bully with so many but that you cover your mean streak with a slick smile and a long line of BS.

On second thought, how about starting with something easy and general:

"I'm sorry. I'm wrong."
