This legal opinion from the top elections attorney in Ohio shows that Summers/Butler fabricated bogus ballot language in order to play a hoax on City Council and the public.
Recall that last month, Summers' political operatives were on social media with the bogus ballot language before Summers/Butler even gave the language to City Council. Butler hoodwinked City Council members into voting for the bogus ballot language not explaining to them that Summers had changed the language to manufacture a political hoax. Just 2 days later, the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections struck down Summers' bogus language. Summers's language would have given a vote to people who did not vote.
On October 1, 2015, Summers continued his lies to the Plain Dealer editorial board pushing his bizarre interpretation of plain English language--even though he had the legal opinion showing that language is clear.
Its just another example of a SUMMERS HOAX!
