Nope, the answer is, world renowned artist Peter Diepenbrock, back in the city checking on
one of his favorite pieces making sure it is wearing and aging properly.
Peter is well know for his sculptures that create movement and form in public spaces all
over the world. He just finished this piece using 24,000 washers welded at 4 points!
