It was a great night all around.
The weather was perfect, and Lakewood Park was an ideal setting for the performance.
Over 450 people attended....a diverse crowd of all ages.

The acting was outstanding, especially considering the inherent distractions of outdoor performance. At a couple points of the performance, PA announcements from the pool blasted across the park...but the actors didn't miss a beat.

Two Lakewoodites were in the 14 member cast.

Brian Pedaci, a Deck member, played the Jailer/Servant to Prince of Morocco. Brian is a longtime local theater veteran.

Keith Kornajcik played the title role of Antonio. Keith has been part of the company for 14 seasons. His first acting gig was in 8th grade at St. Rose Elementary.

Thanks to Cleveland Shakespeare Festival for bringing the production to Lakewood.
You can learn more about them at http://www.cleveshakes.com

Lakewoodite Donna Kolis, a CSF Trustee, worked particularly hard on this project.

Thanks, Alex and Mike, for dropping by and documenting our performance. A whopping 470 people turned up! CSF loves playing Lakewood and we'll keep coming back as often as the city will have us!
