Since my husband and I have yet to receive our quarterly statements, I emailed the finance division to see why. No response. Called today and apparently those that E-filed their city income taxes were not sent quarterly statements do to a computer glitch. The person I talked to said they just discovered this problem as people started calling etc to find out where there statements were.
I'm not sure how the Division of Tax plans to proceed in terms of informing those E-filers who don't call tax divisions asking for a bill. I was told I could send in a check or call in a credit card payment.
FWIW

Re: Lakewood quarterly income tax statements
from Jennifer Pae. She is having trouble logging in so I offered to share this for her.
"The City of Lakewood Division of Municipal Income Tax is aware of the issue, and is working diligently to identify and resolve the problem at hand.
It was determined that a relatively small number of individuals were affected, and those individuals should expect to receive a second quarter estimate bill—with a due date extension—by early next week.
We apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused. Taxpayers who wish to know the balance of their second quarter estimate before receiving their bill may call the Lakewood Tax Division at (216) 529-6620."
