The city now spends more of self promotion, and spin, through their various media projects,
than they spend on basketball, or maintenance of two parks.

So the City that claims to be for HEALTH and WELLNESS is really much more into patting
themselves on the back, and spinning the truth from the residents.

We lost the hoops because of who it attracted, and they stay lost as the Fascists* at City
Hall (they are not all fascists) can control their narrow message.

City Hall has totally lost their way.
