Flower Fairies

UNBELIEVABLE!
Woke up this morning, get the mail and some scum bag(s) came
on my tenants porch and STOLE her hanging flowers. The scum bag(s)
had to walk up on my porch to take. Made a police report, but not much , of coarse,
can happen, except to notify the police of activity in the neighborhood (Hopkins/Franklin).
Are people that low? It costs $10 for a basket or so.
I guess I will have to install a motion detector or camera - what a shame you
can not trust people.
