O'Leary, Marx, Anderson, believe another study started by Council is needed. Bullock thought a speedy study was needed, Juris cracked a joke about "second opinion," Nowlin seemed concerned, and Council President Madigan did her usual good job of chairing the discussion and kept the discussion moving along.

I wasn't there, but Sam O'Leary told me there were about a dozen at the COW meeting.

The 7pm meeting was very well attended (I'd say a full house, give or take a few chairs)....I attended but left early to catch the end of Girls' Hoops Senior Night.
