Great Work Lakewood Street Crews

Lakewood street crews have done a pretty damn good job if you ask me this year. Even
with a big snow storm every couple days and snow piling up all over Lakewood crews
have kept on it.

Image
Even tight secondary side streets have been plowed to a depth of less than an inch,
which allows for easy travel, and OK traction most of the time. It does get a little
slippery in early sun or early evening. But far better than glare ice.

No sliding, easy traction and easy to get around.

And if you can shovel down to the ice, and throw some salt on it, you should end up with
nice dry sidewalks, that are easy to keep up with.

Together we can keep this city walkable and more importantly liveable!
