OK Who Owns It?

The piece of property on Colombia Road, not 850, but 836 Colombia Road is listed as
owned by "The Lakewood Hospital." Not Lakewood Hospital, Inc., not Lakewood Hospital
Board. not Lakewood Hospital Foundation. So who really owns it?

If the Foundation owns it then they should get the money, if any of the others own it, the
City of Lakewood should get the funds.

I can't find info on that address. However, I did find this:

768 Columbia is listed as owned by Lakewood Hospital. The tax mailing address is to the attention of Carol Lester, Cleveland Clinic. The property is over $700,000 delinquent in unpaid taxes.

The County is appraising the property for $13 million. The Clinic will pay $8 million on the condition that The City of Lakewood forgive $8 million in rent payments.

All of the original Trustees were residents of Rocky River.

How many Hospital trustees live in Avon or Avon Lake?
